Keith Balderson

Keith Balderson, Keith is the founder and CEO of One Source Production, a direct mail production management and consulting firm specializing in fundraising and marketing.  Over the past 15 years he has worked with local, national and international non-profit and commercial organizations in helping them achieve their direct mail fundraising and marketing goals.  He has a Bachelors degree in History from Radford University and is an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Marine Corp. 

Keith’s middle son has been associated with LTRF for several years as rider. Because of his son’s involvement, he was able to witness firsthand the advances that are possible through the program.  He resides in Hamilton, Virginia with his wife and three sons.

Patricia Geyer

Kathleen Giusti – Secretary

Kathleen Giusti has been actively involved with the Loudoun Therapeutic Riding Foundation since 1990 as the parent of a rider, volunteer, and as past President of the Board of Directors.  She has also served on the Board of Directors of the Therapeutic Riding Association of Virginia and is a member of the national association –NARHA.  Kathleen has worked for the Federal Government for 32 years and is currently on rotation to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.    Kathleen and her husband have 2 children and have lived in Loudoun County for over 27 years.

Holly Hoopes Hudimac – Treasurer

Holly Hoopes Hudimac is originally from Greenville, Delaware, and has lived in Loudoun County since 1981, when she was hired by Foxcroft School as their Admissions Director.  In 1983 she entered the Real Estate industry, and has been a residential Mortgage Loan Officer since 1987, and with SunTrust Mortgage since 1994.  She served on the Board of Trustees of Darrow School, New Lebanon, New York, from 1993 to 2005, which was her first employer in 1979 after earning a BSBA from the University of Delaware with a concentration in Marketing.  Holly and her husband Tony, a CPA with Yount, Hyde & Barbour in Middleburg, VA, have lived in Round Hill since 1998.

Patrick Mullins

Patrick Mullins has a BA in Economics from Columbia University, J.D. from George Washington School of Law, and holds C.P.C.U and Risk Management degrees from the Insurance Institute of America. He is now semi-retired from Markel Insurance Company and continues to give speeches to countless Rotary Clubs, equine associations and conferences across the country.

Pat is a past president of NARHA, President and Legislative Chair of the Virginia Horse Council, former Vice Chair of the board for the Virginia Horse Center, board member of CHA, and past office holder at both the local and District levels of Rotary. During his term as Rotary District Governor he traveled to South Africa and secured a Rotary Grant to start a Therapeutic Riding Program in Petersburg, South Africa.

Eric Williams

Sheryl Williams – President

Sheryl Williams has lived in Loudoun County for 10 years.  She worked for Hewlett-Packard Company for 25 years in Customer Service managing targeted administrative and service delivery functions in the US and for US Naval contracts.   Sheryl holds a Bachelors Degree from Clarkson University in Potsdam, New York and a Masters Degree from George Washington University.  She and her husband Eric (also on the board) moved to Loudoun County from Maryland and developed Rubicon Farm in Lucketts, Virginia where they host nationally recognized Horse Trials twice each year.  After retiring from HP, Sheryl joined the staff at Morven Park Equestrian Center and became involved with Loudoun Therapeutic Riding.
