Ride-a-Thon is our
second largest fundraiser of the year. Fundraising for Ride-a-Thon begins in August and lasts through October 26th when we celebrate with a costumed trail ride! The money raised for Ride-a-Thon helps us maintain subsidized session fees and provide scholarships to veterans and those in need so they can feel the benefits of horses.

- The first 25 people to create fundraising pages will win a $25 Dover Saddlery gift card!
- Raise $100 for LTR and win an exclusive Ride-a-Thon 2019 long-sleeve shirt!
The fundraiser who has the most donors by September 1st will get to celebrate with a $50 gift card to Monk’s BBQ and a $25 gift card for ice cream afterwards at Tipped Cow!
The volunteer who raises the most money, and the participant family who raises the most money by September 1st will each get to celebrate with a $25 certificate to Bonefish Grill!
The fundraiser who reaches the most donors between Sept. 1st – Sept. 8th will win a precious Pegasus art print from Mare Modern Goods to hang wherever they’d like to remind them of the true magic of horses!
- The participant family who raises the most money over $5000 by 11:59pm on the Ride-a-Thon date of October 26th, 2019 will receive a full year of lessons!
- The volunteer who raises the most over $500 by 11:59pm on the Ride-a-Thon date of October 26th, 2019 will win their choice of a trail ride or carriage ride around Morven Park along with a picnic lunch!
- The volunteer who has the most donors by 11:59pm on the Ride-a-Thon date of October 26th, 2019 will get to celebrate with a $100 gift card to Blue Ridge Grill!
- The participant family who has the most donors by 11:59pm on the Ride-a-Thon date of October 26th, 2019 will receive a free session of equine assisted activities!
- The fundraiser who has the largest single gift by 11:59pm on the Ride-a-Thon date of October 26th, 2019 will receive a $40 gift card from Riding Warehouse!
