LTR, Inc. is a PATH Intl. Premier Accredited Center and operates under the guidelines and standards established by our accrediting organization. All paperwork is required and must be complete before participation in any LTR program.
All participants must update application information annually per PATH Intl. Accreditation Standards. All forms are to be completed by the participant or the parent/guardian. Use the buttons below to submit the 2026 application form and session registration.

LTR does not offer makeups or credits for lessons canceled by students. If LTR must cancel for weather-related reasons, we will attempt to provide a makeup lesson at the end of each session in the timeframe noted in session information.
