RIDE-A-THON FUNDRAISER KICKS OFF

Ride-a-thon is LTR’s annual fundraiser when participants and volunteers reach out to our family, friends and colleagues to support this organization that means so much to them. Your gift of $35 will feed a therapy horse for a week. $125 will shoe a therapy horse one time. $1,250 will buy a therapy horse shoes for a year because a horse needs new shoes about every 5 to 6 weeks.
Our new farm makes it possible for LTR to help people with disabilities for 99 more days every year. This means we need to feed, shoe and care for more horses, and pay for additional certified riding instructors to provide lessons to the new students.
Our goal this year is to raise $30,000 to change lives through real horsepower. The Ride-a-thon Fundraiser ends on Saturday, October 30th when we will celebrate our success with our annual costumed ride.
