“Gnomeo”
27 y, 12.1h, Welsh Pony/Arab, gelding
Gnomeo is a seasoned horse show veteran and our smallest equine. Being of small stature he is approachable for the most timid and tiny riders and also participates in our physical therapy (hippotherapy) program.
He travels to the Middleburg Library for story time and several of his non-verbal riders have said their very first words while working with Gnomeo. Staff, volunteers and students adore this little guy. While we groom and bathe our horses regularly, Gnomeo much prefers to be dirty. In 2020, Gnomeo was named the PATH International Equine of the Year! – donated by Sharon Bryce
