Joanne has over 35 years working in the equine assisted activities industry. She is an avid horsewoman, ran a successful business breeding Connemara ponies and spent several years working in the arena directly with students of all ages and abilities. Mary Jo Beckman


Mary Jo graduated from the University of Texas in 1973 with a BA in History. She is a US Navy Commander Ret. having served from 1973 – 1994. Mary Jo is a PATH Intl. Bonnie Salem

Being part of a non-profit, equine-centered organization fulfills a lifelong dream for Bonnie. Her 3 decade career path in financial services took a fortuitous turn upon relocation to VA in 2010. After settling in Waterford, Bonnie happily exchanged her business suits and late night board meetings for jeans, boots and early morning “neigh” greetings.
