Loudoun Therapeutic Riding’s Executive Director/CEO Susan Koehler is moving on to other opportunities. The Board of Directors is seeking an experienced, self-motivated professional to replace her. Job requirements include non-profit experience, revenue generation expertise (fundraising, grants and earned income,) staff and fiscal management, program development and oversight, and strategic planning. Knowledge of equine-assisted services is desirable to support LTR’s strategic goals and mission to improve the lives of people through the benefits of equine-assisted therapies and services.
