Executive Director/CEO
Loudoun Therapeutic Riding’s Executive Director/CEO Susan Koehler is moving on to other opportunities. The Board of Directors is seeking an experienced, self-motivated professional to replace her. Job requirements include non-profit experience, revenue generation expertise (fundraising, grants and earned income,) staff and fiscal management, program development and oversight, and strategic planning. Knowledge of equine-assisted services is desirable to support LTR’s strategic goals and mission to improve the lives of people through the benefits of equine-assisted therapies and services. Barn Worker
Responsible for feeding, turn in/turn out, mucking stalls daily, maintaining barn and surrounding areas. 20 hours per week; early morning weekdays, morning and afternoon weekends, and holidays required.Must be a safe, competent, and experienced horse handler.Send resume or summary of qualifications to info@ltrf.org. Lesson Assistant
Groom and tack horses for therapeutic riding lessons, assist in post-lesson horse care, feed, turn in/turn out, supervise volunteers. Must be a safe, experienced and competent horse handler.
